Previously known as Hudson and Hippel catering since 2017, Simone is now heading Hudson Catering into 2019, after her business partner has chosen to pursue other creative outlets.
Simone is half Kiwi and half Swiss and grew up in New Zealand, so fusion of cultures has always been apart of her life. She has a bachelor in Nutrition and Sport Science so holistic health has always been important as well. She enjoys travelling and being surrounded in a completely different culture. She believes food is a very important way of understanding culture.
Hudson Catering is about creating food that actually tastes good and makes you feel energized and happy!
